p28 Recombinant Protein
|Description||p28 is a surface lipoprotein. The p28 gene, also referred to as MlpA was obtained from Borrelia burgdorferi strain B31. p28 was then cloned and produced in E.coli. Protein has an N-terminal His-tag.|
|Purification Method||Proteins are purified using standard chromatography techniques. Proteins will be shipped in a buffer containing 50mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.3M NaCl, and 250mM Imidazole. Desalting is available upon request.|
|Storage||Recommended short-term storage in 4*C, long-term storage (greater than 1 week) in -20*C.|
